The Work: Artist & designer / group exhibition in Skals / 8-17 October 2020

TANG & TANGO is a group exhibition organised by Kunstforum Viborg in SKALMA in Skals, Denmark. SKALMA used to be a textile factory, creating furniture textiles out of tang aka seagrass, harvested out of the nearby fjord.

In the exhibition TANG & TANGO, i presented the collection of textile work that i have created since moving to Denmark. Weavings, tapestry and quilts show fragments of the different emotions that a person goes through when she leaves friends, language and home for a new start in another country.
